Cyrus Felger is the current 2022-2023 Copy Editor/Sports Writer for The Correspondent. He is currently a senior communication major at IU Kokomo and is also an active member of the Cross Country and Track & Field teams on campus.

He graduated high school from New Haven High School in New Haven, IN.

The IU Kokomo women’s soccer team fell 4-0 at the University of Cumberlands in the opening round of the NAIA National Championship. The lady Cougars had a historic season with a 14-3-3 record.

Senior Casey Pfefferkorn racing in the women’s 5,000-meter race on Nov. 18 in Tallahassee, FL for the NAIA National Cross Country meet. She went on to run a 19:14.2, placing 132nd overall.

Senior Casey Pfefferkorn pushes to the finish line at the River States Conference Cross Country meet on Nov. 5. Pfefferkorn went on to place 4th overall in the women’s 5,000-meter race, earning her a first-team all-conference title, a qualifying spot to the NAIA National Cross Country meet in Tallahassee, FL, and a third team placing overall for the lady cougars.
